I offer workshops on a variety of historical tailoring techniques. My workshops are mainly for groups, but private lessons can be arranged for an additional fee. I do not offer standard rates for workshops due to the unique format of each, and the variance in group size and travel distance, however I try to price reasonably in the interest of education.

Alterations Workshop
Students come with clothes already made, and we work to fit them a little better. Breeches, coats, waistcoasts, gaiters always need a little tuck.

Basic sewing
Learn historical hand stitches and sewing techniques.

Buttons & Buttonholes
Learn to make beautiful, durable buttonholes and attach buttons securely and attractively.

Specific Garments
Come with already cut panels for a historical garment of your choice (I will provide the pattern), and I will walk you through how to make it.
